Where I can find or buy Yuca Flour?

I need to buy yuca flour to make pan de yuca...

It's a tiny ball of bread when its cooked. You can even put cheese in the middle and cook it like that. It's cooked in the oven and is REALLY good, I believe its made from the yucca root, but I don't know how to get the root or to make it become a dough

Where I can find or buy Yuca Flour?
When I lived in California, we had a lot of Latin markets (and European markets, and Indian markets, and Japanese markets) and health food stores. Both the latin market and the health food store near my flat sold Yucca flour. If you have a Latin market near you, they'll have it there. If not, check the health food store. They'll be more expensive than the Latin market, but they may even order it if you request it/pester them enough.

Making Yucca flour isn't something I would attempt. I seem to remember it being a very long, complex process. I've heard you can substitute cornstarch for the Yucca flour, but I've never tried and tested that theory.

Good luck, by the way!
