I have 3 large yucca plants, two ferns, and assorted other potted plants all near my window. I had an anole lizard that lived in them for 4 months before I released it that did just fine. Would a treefrog survive indoors in the plants?

A tree frog will do well in the plants you mentioned. Do you have a bromeliad in the "assorted other potted plants"? You may even become a "grandfrog" if you do, they like to breed tadpoles in them.
