My yucca plant as been outside and some of the leaves have withered at the ends, do i cut the withered part of

Yes, you can cut the tips off. It won't hurt the plant. Yuccas are an extremely tough plant. Naturually as it produces new growth near the top, it will push off the older growth from the bottom. So generally a little browning isn't anything to worry about. We grow them at our nursery and we neglect them just a bit, only because they do better. Hope this helps.

It is healthiest for the plant to leave the leaf alone until it completely turns brown and then remove the entire leaf.





I have cut the leaves on mine back to the stalk and new growth came out the top, but they didn't grow as much as they normally do.
