I suggest that this be done some time in the fall, not at the height of the summer season to ensure successful growth.
I just bought a yucca pant and it have two trunks,or stems can i split them up and repot them?
YES YOU CAN ,BUT I WOULD WAIT UNTIL FALL IT IS NOT GOOD TRANS PLANT OR DIVIDE OR REPOT IN SUMMER MONTHS
Reply:I've done this. Put the stem in water until it sprouts roots.
Reply:Yes, but wait till they go dormant in the Fall.
If you live somewhere hot and going to put them in the ground, do it then and leave them alone.
By spring, they will rally take off.
