hoping to buy a new build home, in the Home Sold program with experienced realtor, priced $234900, 1278 sq ft, clean, updated, 3bd2ba, yucca valley, ca, what can i do to ensure a sale? we really want this new house!!!!

You have to price your home really well so that it is a HOT BUY for the area. Make sure your Realtor is marketing it and holding open houses. Also make sure that it is on the Internet.





You also want to make sure that your home looks like a model home everyday once it is on the market. You want it to be appealing for buyers. You might want to consider having a professional stager come in and stage your house. Ask your Realtor about it. They are the professional and should be able to tell you what you need to do to get it sold in 60 days. That's tough with the market the way it is right now.
