When is the best time to transplant yucca plants?

the best time is in the spring make sure you don't disturber the root too much. This can also be done in the early fall, but make sure the roots have time to settle before frost.

When is the best time to transplant yucca plants?
I'm not sure if you were growing the yucca in a pot indoors or outside in the ground. If you had it in the ground, you can transplant in other locations in the ground, if indoor, you can make new plants and repot the original in a larger pot. The extra two plants are pups, and can be separated from the mother plant if they are about 1/3 the size of the biggest plant. So take the yucca out of its original container or location, remove the pups if they are large enough, and replant them all in new pots or locations, although the mother plant will need a larger pot or larger area in your home landscape. Now is as good a time as any to do this.
