All the leaves fell off but acouple, will all the old ones grow back, or is is dying?
I was wondering if anyone had any tips to recover a dying yucca cane tree?
'm not an expert but i had the same problem myself a few years ago....a yucca i had in the wrong place (in the house under a chimney piece) and it slowly gave up on itself...i was upset because it was a gift and had some good memories for me....well when it got down to about two leaves i took it outside and trimmed back any dead or manky looking parts then soaked it in water for a couple of days before re potting it in a large tub and positioned it in a light and airy place well protected from drafts....now this may or may not be the 'right' thing to do but i can tell you it worked for me and the little yucca never looked back growing into quite a respectable tree shape!! good luck and don't give up!!
