Very easy. Just like Alevera.

How do i separate a yucca that has multiplied ?
Divide
Reply:wow....I tried to rip one out with a tractor and it came back again and again for years.

the roots are large and tuberous. just dig and pull apart. replant at about the same depth and.....stand back at a safe distance.
Reply:You will have to dig it up, I dug up a huge one last year with multipul shoots on it, the root was as big around and my arm! Just transplant the roots that you divide.
Reply:You can dig it up, making sure to take the whole root system up, and not break off the taproot. Then just pull the plants apart. Re-pot or re-plant the separate plants.

Happy Gardening!
Reply:i just locate where the 2 or more seperate plants are and put a shovel between them then push shovel into the ground and lift the smaller ones out

done this many times and haven't lost one yet

good luck
Reply:in between the roots where they have split apart, or made there "y" shape. remember the plant will cell divide and grow again. so to keep them from multipling again use the black growth stunt spray for any garden nursery. it worked for me.
Reply:just pull them apart i find the eazyest way to do this is with a shovel dont be afraid to hurt the yucca plant
